Sales targets & KPI’s are not our primary focus and you won’t find us using aggressive or ineffective sales tactics. How our sales team operates
We treat each client as an individual and this is reflected in our flexible attitude to commission. Our clients can decide which of our fee structures suit them best; some prefer set flat fees, others choose a performance related structure where the fee is determined by the eventual sale price, whilst others prefer our unique structure where the client decides what percentage fee they wish to pay based on our overall performance once we have successfully exchanged contracts. Our flexible and tailored approach gives us a clear advantage over many of our corporate counterparts and gives our clients unequivocal confidence that we are working at all times in their best interests.
