Meet the property management team

Our property management team has a vast amount of experience in the local market. Over the years we have built fantastic relationships with a range of tradesmen to manage our extensive property portfolio to the high standard we require. We have a dedicated Tenancy Manager to oversee the often complex process of tenant changeovers.

Nichola Andrews - Head of Property Management

Nichola Andrews

Director of Property Management and Compliance

Nichola has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. Working her way up through the industry she spent 11 years with a private property investor in west London helping to build and maintain a significant portfolio before joining Mountgrange to spearhead the growth of our property management portfolio. Her qualification in interior design enables her to add an element of design expertise to the refurbishments she project manages for our clients.

I treat every property I deal with as if it were my own. I am passionate about design and making someone’s investment look and be the best it can. To me property management is all about a balance of common sense and a passion for property.

I want to thank you and your team for the professional way that you have handled my flat(s) over the past few years. As you know my daughter has now moved into the flat for her first taste of independence! I am sure when she moves on in her life that we will probably look to rent the flat out again, at which time I will be coming back to you for assistance.

Laura Vorosmarty

Accounts Director

Laura joined the company in 2007 having initially worked in Media Marketing at a publishing company in Budapest. Laura has been instrumental in maintaining a high level of efficiency in our Accounts Department. Having lived for several years in the Kent suburbs with her young family she enjoys the energy of Notting Hill during the week.

One might think that doing accounts is the least exciting role; however, at Mountgrange I have the autonomy to add my inimitable brand of diligence and creativity to the job.

If you ever need a client reference for a potential new client have them call us. There is no one who will give you a stronger reference than us. You are unequaled in the London market and we are grateful you are our agent.

Veronica Wells

Associate Director

Veronica completed a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting before turning her attention to property. Now with over eight years’ experience in the industry and an NFoPP Level 2 qualification under her belt she focussed her expertise on the fast paced area of property management.

I enjoy the variety that property management entails and love the vibrancy and character of working in Notting Hill. I am excited to help contribute to the high level of service maintained by the team at Mountgrange

Tom French

Associate Director

After a successful career in professional rugby with Wasps, Tom started working for an independent estate agency in Ealing, where he gained experience and an extensive depth of knowledge in both sales, lettings and property management. Four years later Tom set up his own sales and lettings business which he ran for 18 months before unfortunately having to close it due to the pandemic lockdowns. Bouncing back Tom spent over two years with a London estate agency where he honed his skills and knowledge with a particular focus on property management providing first class customer service to both Landlords and Tenants.

As a problem solver at heart with a deep passion for historic buildings, Mountgrange Heritage is the perfect place for me to provide our clients with first class personal service.

Brenda Dailey

Senior Coordinator Accounts & Property Management

Brenda moved into the world of estate agency over 15 years ago and her role as a Senior Coordinator in our Property Management Department is invaluable. She is the lynch pin of the team and makes everything run smoothly; her attention to detail and efficiency is second to none. Brenda enjoys the variety in her role and the problem solving element of work she does.

I love the energy and relaxed feel of Notting Hill; people here are so friendly and welcoming.

Having had over 30 years’ experience in the Prime Central and West London property market and owning her agency in Kensington Marie still has the same aim to provide a personal service with the emphasis strongly focused on customer care, attention to detail and a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’.
She has developed a reputation for helpful, friendly service based on honesty, reliability and results and prides herself on providing personal service individually tailored for each client’s specific needs.

I am very happy to have joined the Mountgrange Heritage team as a consultant and look forward to a successful relationship with an independent agency with the same values and work ethic as herself.
