Meet the property management team
Our property management team has a vast amount of experience in the local market. Over the years we have built fantastic relationships with a range of tradesmen to manage our extensive property portfolio to the high standard we require. We have a dedicated Tenancy Manager to oversee the often complex process of tenant changeovers.
Nichola has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. Working her way up through the industry she spent 11 years with a private property investor in west London helping to build and maintain a significant portfolio before joining Mountgrange to spearhead the growth of our property management portfolio. Her qualification in interior design enables her to add an element of design expertise to the refurbishments she project manages for our clients.
I treat every property I deal with as if it were my own. I am passionate about design and making someone’s investment look and be the best it can. To me property management is all about a balance of common sense and a passion for property.

Laura joined the company in 2007 having initially worked in Media Marketing at a publishing company in Budapest. Laura has been instrumental in maintaining a high level of efficiency in our Accounts Department. Having lived for several years in the Kent suburbs with her young family she enjoys the energy of Notting Hill during the week.
One might think that doing accounts is the least exciting role; however, at Mountgrange I have the autonomy to add my inimitable brand of diligence and creativity to the job.
Charlotte gained her passion for customer care and impeccable service while working in some of the most prestigious members clubs and hotels in London. She transferred these skills to a career in property and now with over 10 years in the industry she brings an abundance of experience and knowledge to her role with Mountgrange. She balances the vibrant pace of her property management position, where no one day is the same, with a love of fitness and yoga.

Veronica completed a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting before turning her attention to property. Now with over eight years’ experience in the industry and an NFoPP Level 2 qualification under her belt she focussed her expertise on the fast paced area of property management.

Tahlia has worked in property for over 10 years starting off managing student accommodation for an international company and most recently for the residential lettings department of a large corporate agency. Her knowledge of compliance, the law and excellent administrative skills led her into tenancy management and with this in mind she decided that Mountgrange would be the perfect place to put her skills, knowledge and experience into good practice.

Shantelle has over 10 years' experience within Luxury retail offering the highest quality of customer service. She has brought these skills over to Mountgrange Heritage with an understanding of how to meet the clients' needs and expectations. In her spare time she enjoys long walks taking in the scenic sights of London.

Brenda moved into the world of estate agency over 15 years ago and her role as a Senior Coordinator in our Property Management Department is invaluable. She is the lynch pin of the team and makes everything run smoothly; her attention to detail and efficiency is second to none.
