Meet the Property Management team

Our property management team has a vast amount of experience in the local market. Over the years we have built fantastic relationships with a range of tradesmen to manage our extensive property portfolio to the high standard we require. We have a dedicated Tenancy Manager to oversee the often complex process of tenant changeovers.

Nichola has over 12 years experience in the property industry stretching back to a part-time job typing up tenancies and preparing move-ins. Working her way up through the industry she spent 11 years with a private property investor in Chiswick helping to build a large private portfolio. From broken boilers to full refurbishments Nichola has built up a huge knowledge of all things property. A lover of fashion and fabrics she also undertook an interior design course at the University of the Arts London which means she is always on the lookout for ways to make a space look and feel better..

With over four years’ experience in Property Management, Rachel started her career at a large corporate company in Bracknell where her portfolio covered properties in Southwest Oxfordshire & Henley. Rachel decided to make the move to London where she found her passion for the property market. Working for a smaller agency, this allowed her to be hands on and have a personable approach.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exploring all the different areas London has to offer whilst socialising with friends.

Laura joined the company in 2007 having initially worked in Media Marketing at a Publishing Company in Budapest. Displaying admirable versatility, Laura has been instrumental in maintaining a high level of efficiency in our Accounts Department. Having lived in Olympia for several years before shipping out to the Kent suburbs Laura now enjoys the energy and aesthetic ambience of Kensington during the week and the tranquility of Kent at weekends.

Laura has over eight years’ experience in the property industry having started her career in a small independent agency in Liverpool following graduation. Laura enjoyed the role so much so she decided to relocate to London in 2011 to further her career in Property Management.  Laura has found her passion for the role lies in getting to know her clients well, problem solving and ultimately helping others. In her spare time, Laura likes to keep fit, travel and enjoys taking part in acting and comedy improvisation classes.

Rachel has been working in the property industry since graduating from the University of Reading with a degree in Philosophy. She started her career at a corporate agency which gave her great foundational skills in Tenancy Management. Once established Rachel sought to move to an agency with a more personal feel and the opportunity to really engage with her clients, Mountgrange Heritage was the perfect fit. In her spare time she enjoys running, seeing friends and exploring London’s many bars and restaurants.
