Michael Wilson

With an RICS affiliated honours degree and a Fellowship in the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA) his energy and enthusiasm are matched equally by his uncompromising professional approach to the business. Michael is expert at ‘cutting through’ a proposed development scheme to establish the real opportunity, a skill which saves clients considerable time and money by helping them not to chase a false hope. Michael is a keen cyclist and a lover of the great outdoors; but finds most of his spare time consumed by his young twin daughters.

David Clifton
020 7243 7881 david@mountgrangeheritage.co.uk Having worked within the residential and development industry for over nine years, David has built up an extensive knowledge of the UK land market and worked along side a variety of distinguished developers and landowners. David has a strong planning and development background and is a fully qualified Master of Town and Country Planning (MTCP). His specialist understanding of the residential and mixed-used development process extends from the initial acquisition all the way through to completion. In his spare time David enjoys hill walking, live music and supporting Manchester United FC.

Alex Verbeek

With six years experience in the London Sales and Lettings markets, Alex can provide a wealth of experience and in-depth market knowledge. His comprehensive agency experience and database of local contacts mean he is well placed to advise clients with discretion and integrity. Alex can offer impartial advice on site appraisal, “on” and “off” market opportunities, pricing, and acquisition and disposal options. In his spare time, Alex enjoys scouting around the London “villages”, reading and visiting London’s art galleries.
