We’re delighted to announce that Sam Allport joins Mountgrange Heritage as Associate Director for our recently opened Bayswater office, situated on Craven Terrace, London W2.
Responsible for residential sales, Sam is looking forward to growing into his role as he grows the business in the Bayswater office of Mountgrange Heritage.
Sam has an Honours Degree in Sports Studies but he inherited the property gene from his father who is not only an estate agent but also a qualified chartered surveyor. Sam started his career in property 15 years ago as a junior negotiator with Faron Sutaria in South Kensington. Moving to Marsh and Parsons in Holland Park, Sam became a senior negotiator, which finally led to a position as Associate Director, before leaving to take up his new position at Mountgrange Heritage.
“Having spent much of my working life in property, including Notting Hill, South Kensington and Holland Park, I welcome the challenge of developing the Mountgrange Heritage operation in one of the capital’s most exciting areas for prime regeneration. This is a fascinating part of London, brimming with its own special character, and the new plans to renovate the Whiteley site on Queensway is already having a positive effect on property values in the surrounding area.”
Happily married with two young daughters, Sam’s spare time is devoted to tennis. All the family play and his eldest daughter, just 11, has recently been awarded a tennis scholarship.
