The people who work in our business are more than employees they are part of the Mountgrange Heritage family and we support them both inside and outside of the working environment. Our success is down to the solid team we have built. Many of the senior players have been with us since the start and have been instrumental in building our reputation as the ‘go-to’ independent estate agent in Notting Hill and Kensington.

Honesty is not a word always associated with estate agents but honesty is the fuel that drives us at Mountgrange Heritage.  We are not your typical Notting Hill or Kensington estate agent. We go beyond what is offered by many of our corporate counterparts and provide you with honest feedback and clear advice every step of the way.

We are experts in the Notting Hill, Kensington and North Kensington property market and have more senior team members than most corporate high street agents. This means our team boasts a vast depth of knowledge, empathy and experience. This shows in the accuracy of our valuations, it also comes to the fore when steering difficult situations to successful conclusions.

We are brave enough to  put our money where our mouth is and have devised an industry-changing sales fee structure which enables clients to determine the sales commission  they wish to pay once we have sold their property, rather than at the point of instruction.  Our clients nominate a fee which they feel fairly reflects the level of service we have provided and the result we have achieved. Some have seriously questioned this idea but we feel this shows the level of confidence we have in what we do, and how we do it. . Since adopting this ground breaking approach the majority of our clients have accepted this fee structure rather than electing for a set flat fee.   It is true testament to the fact we go above and beyond to deliver the very best service and the optimum result  that more than 70% of those vendors have gone on to pay us more than they would do on fixed fee arrangement.
