The Mountgrange Heritage sales team possesses decades of experience in the Notting Hill and Kensington property market. We have a higher proportion of senior team members than most other local agents. This gives us the edge when it comes to valuing your property and helping you through the often complex buying and selling process.

Michael has over 20 years' experience in selling residential property and holds both a Fellowship in the National Association of Estate Agents and an RICS affiliated honours degree. His energy and enthusiasm are matched equally by his uncompromising professional approach to the business. Michael is a keen cyclist and a lover of the great outdoors; but finds much of his spare time is consumed by his twin daughters.

The property market in central London remains unchallenged as the most important in the world. I have an outstanding team of property professionals who love every minute of dealing with a constant flow of fascinating properties and people.

After many years as a Sales Director in the Leisure Industry I decided to follow my other passion with a move into property. Over the last 10 years I’ve been fortunate to work at some of the largest London Agencies, especially in the Notting Hill area. Outside of Mountgrange Heritage, when I’m not spending time with my husband, children and Springer Spaniels you can often find me at the front in my favourite HIIT class!

I’m delighted to be part of the Mountgrange Heritage team. Working in a truly independent agency is a breath of fresh air and enables me to focus on providing a personalised service for our customers.

Tim cut his teeth in estate agency in St Johns Wood in 1999 and then moved back to Notting Hill to further his career, the area he knows and loves best and indeed where he grew up. Tim’s focus is on providing exemplary client service in an increasingly corporate marketplace and Mountgrange Heritage with its independent status and competitive edge was an easy choice for his next career move.

Emma moved to London in 2010 after a number of years as an estate agent in Cheshire. Over the last decade she has worked for both Marsh & Parsons and Savills gaining knowledge of the prime central London market working in Maida Vale, Notting Hill, Marylebone and Fulham. Kate left a successful career in IT several years ago to manage rural estates and properties in the Cotswolds for private clients. She dealt with all aspects of estate services from agricultural and land management to sales, lettings and property finding. This experience was fundamental in her most recent role in sales at an exclusive lakeside estate.

Gillian has been involved with the Kensington & Chelsea property market for the past 30 years. From front office estate agency to the buying and selling of several property developments and running a lettings portfolio in The Borough. Gillian’s extensive experience will help guide any buyer and client in the right direction.

Over the years I have enjoyed living in many areas of The Borough from North Kensington, Notting Hill to Earls Court and Chelsea. I love the diversity and vibe of RBKC. Most weekends you will find me in Kensington Gardens with my family and Honey, my Cocker Spaniel.

Charlie relocated to London in 2017 after finishing his studies in the Cotswolds. He nurtured his sales and service enthusiasm by contributing to the family business from a young age, where he sold pepper grinders at fairs. Charlie launched his property career in Holland Park, then expanded to Queen’s Park and Kensington, finally establishing himself in Notting Hill. This journey has honed his profound RBKC market expertise. Beyond work, Charlie explores London's amazing food markets and reignited his passion for cycling and outdoor swimming.

Originally from North Yorkshire, Honor began her property career in Guernsey, gaining almost four years of experience across the open and local market with the Savills branch of the Channel Islands.

Having had over 30 years’ experience in the Prime Central and West London property market and owning her agency in Kensington Marie still has the same aim to provide a personal service with the emphasis strongly focused on customer care, attention to detail and a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’.
