I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job AM did in helping us find and let our new flat. 

When I unexpectedly popped into your Notting Hill branch for the first time, I was actually on my way to meet an agent from another company and only had a few minutes to spare. Undaunted, AM sprang into action and immediately produced a number of specs for delightful flats, demonstrating that either she is astute at gauging people's tastes or Mountgrange Heritage only takes on very nice properties (or perhaps both!).

Later that same day, AM drove us around all the properties that she could rustle up keys for, one of which I loved on sight. We requested two more viewings after that and had a lot of questions which AM responded to instantly or as soon as she received the answer from the landlord.

Throughout the process, AM has been extremely responsive, professional and friendly - she even helped me measure up the rooms - and it has been a genuine pleasure working with her. A stark contract to the aggressive tactics of some other agencies (whose calls I ignore).

Although flat hunting and the subsequent paperwork is not top of my list of fun activities, I can honestly say this has been an enjoyable experience. Thank you.
