Instructing us to sell your property

If, following the valuation, you choose to instruct us to sell your property, a professional photographer will visit to take high-quality photographs and prepare an accurate floor plan.

Marketing your property

We will then co-ordinate a marketing campaign for your property, taking into consideration all relevant media such as:

  • our Village Matters Newsletter
  • available editorial opportunities

Your property will be updated to our website within 24 hours and will then feature on the main property portals including Primelocation, RightMove, FindaProperty, Zoopla, Globrix, Homes24, PropertyLive and MoveTo.

Once your property is listed for sale, our entire sales team will be working on your behalf, although you will retain one key point of contact to guide you through the process.

Getting an offer

As soon as we receive an offer on your property we will notify you both verbally and in writing.

Any special conditions of the offer will also be stated in writing and we will check the buyer’s ability to proceed before advising you on whether or not to accept the offer.
