Our Refurbishment Department is run by Thalia Bryan who has worked in Property Management and Refurbishment in Kensington and Chelsea for over 25 years and has built up a solid reputation on the service she offers to local clients.
Most of our clientele are investment landlords who want to improve the presentation of their properties in order to maximise their rental potential. But we also deal with home owners who need a helping hand in their own improvement projects.
No job too small - no job is too small for our team. We will work with you to advise you on what is required to maximise your rental potential – whether it is a small decorating job or installation of a new bathroom or kitchen we have ‘small works’ teams who are happy to work on this type of project.
No job too large - we regularly undertake full projects of refurbishment for our clients which can involve gutting and re-designing an entire property from top-to-bottom. We will happily take over the time-consuming job of managing the project, liaising with architects, contractors and specialist suppliers to ensure the scheme in completed on time and on budget.
