Are you a landlord looking to rent out your property? We offer a FREE no-obligation valuation service in central and west London.
Realising the best rental price for your property involves a wide range of considerations which we will discuss with you on our visit. We can also advise you on any action you could take to maximise the rental value of your property. Our valuations take all local factors into account such as whether your property is close to schools, transport links, parks, open spaces, restaurants and shops.
How we carry out our valuations
At Mountgrange Heritage, all rental valuations are conducted by Liz Thomson, Director – Head of Lettings or Amanda Man, Kensington Lettings Manager. Both have extensive knowledge of the London market as a whole as well as the local market which is essential when providing you with the correct marketing advice.
Expert landlord advice
It takes skill, knowledge and hard work to see a tenancy successfully through to completion, whilst achieving the best possible price for landlords and ensuring the property meets all the relevant rules and regulations. We guide all our landlords through the letting process and their legal obligations.
Instructing us to rent your property
If you choose to instruct us to rent your property, a photographer will visit to take high-quality photographs and where appropriate an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) so we can begin to market your property to prospective tenants.
Marketing your property
Your Lettings Negotiator will co-ordinate the marketing of your property, taking into consideration all relevant media such as:
- national and local advertising (Sunday Times, Evening Standard, The Grove, The Resident, The Hill, Move To)
- our Village Matters Newsletter
- available editorial opportunities
Your property will be updated on our website within 24 hours and will also be available on the main property portals including Primelocation, RightMove, FindaProperty, Zoopla, Globrix, Homes24, PropertyLive and MoveTo.
Commission fees
Mountgrange Heritage’s commission fees are payable on the introduction of a tenant to your property and also on renewal, extensions or new agreements which come after the initial period.
Many of our tenancies renew beyond the initial term, helping you to maintain your rental income.
