Liz Thomson Director – Head of Lettings

Having studied modern languages and business at university, she had always thrived in a sales environment. Within three years she was running the lettings team and had amassed a tribe of loyal clients. Now with over 20 years in the business, Liz has a well-deserved reputation as a big hitter in the local lettings market and unrivalled experience of dealing with Landlords and Tenants.

Amanda Man Lettings Manager, Kensington Office

Armed with her ARLA Level 1 with Merit qualification, Amanda’s role combines being a negotiator with managerial responsibilities. She relishes the unique village community feel of Kensington – something she feels is rare in most cities.

Susie Waterfall Lettings Manager, North Kensington Office
020 8962 5915 susie@mountgrangeheritage.co.uk Susie has a wealth of experience in the central London property market, having spent some 15 years building a successful residential lettings division with a corporate agency she then gained invaluable experience in the investment and property search aspects of the business before retreating to the country, however she missed the sheer buzz and excitement of an agents life and has returned to work in our new office in North Kensington.

He really enjoys dealing with the eclectic mix of people who choose to live, work and play in this vibrant area. Henrietta Soames Senior Lettings Negotiator, Notting Hill Office

Having developed a love for residential property she decided to gravitate towards the more vibrant and fast-paced market in Notting Hill. Away from the office Henrietta keeps fit and on the ball playing a lot of tennis.

Nick Beckett Lettings Negotiator, Kensington Office

He believes the most important role of a negotiator is to understand the needs of the applicant so property searches are succinct and as stress free as possible. Since a young age Nick has had a strong passion for property and believes that Mountgrange Heritage can offer a personal, tailor-made service for those looking to live in some of the most desirable areas of London.

She then found a passion for the artistic side of high-end residential properties in the Marylebone, Notting Hill and Kensington areas and has worked her way up to Team Secretary supporting both the sales and lettings teams in our new North Kensington office.

Laura Vorosmarty Accountant

Displaying admirable versatility, Laura has been instrumental in maintaining a high level of efficiency in our Accounts Department. Having lived in Olympia for several years before shipping out to the Kent suburbs Laura now enjoys the energy and aesthetic ambience of Kensington during the week and the tranquility of Kent at weekends.
